The next meeting of the Advisory Committee to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs will be held Monday, Oct. 26, 2020, via Zoom. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m.

September 18, 2020 is POW/MIA Recognition Day, commemorated each year on the third Friday in September.

We are facing monumental, unforeseen challenges. Nonetheless, recognizing that ODVA has good reason to celebrate its 75 years of service to Oregon veterans and their families, we will celebrate virtually, stretching the commemoration over the balance of the year.

The next meeting of the Advisory Committee to the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs — scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 9, via teleconference — has been canceled due to the dangerous wildfire conditions and related power and telecommunications outages affecting parts of the state.
The meeting will be rescheduled to a later date.
