Volunteer drivers are needed. The Roseubrg VA is putting out the call for volunteers to drive veterans to VA medical appointments in Roseburg and Portland. To be a volunteer driver you must have a valid driver license, proof of insurance, pass a driver physical, and attend driver safety training.
