COOS COUNTY, Ore. – With the growing number of suicides by veterans, a mobile app to combat veteran suicide is launching on Veterans Day. Marine Corp Sgt. Aaron Quinonez, founder of QMissions and developing Operation Pop Smoke, wants the app to become the standard first aid response for PTSD and suicidal ideations.
