MEDFORD, Ore. — Construction on a block of affordable housing units intended to serve local veterans is now complete, local mental health organization ColumbiaCare announced on Friday.
ColumbiaCare broke ground on the housing complex in July of last year. Now, the 16-unit supportive housing program at the corner of Stewart and Columbus is ready to welcome in local veterans who were otherwise homeless, or at risk of being homeless.
