This Saturday will mark the 78th Anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Those attacks were the catalyst that brought the united states into World War II. In this War Stories segment, we introduce you to local U.S. Navy veteran Dick Higgins, who lived through that infamous day in history.
