Veteran Advocates of Ore-Ida was the grateful recipient of handmade blankets from Beverly Dice, of Vale. She made the gifts for area veterans this holiday season. Pictured, here, is Dice with Ernie Ballou, a Purple Heart recipient from Nyssa, along with her blankets. Officials at VAOI say the gifts “will warm the hearts of many vets this Christmas.”
