With the drop in temperatures, and the declaration of a weather emergency by Bend’s city manager, we wanted to get an update on the homeless situation here in Central Oregon.
Lisa Carton sat down with Gwenn Wysling of Bethlehem Inn, Kathy Skidmore of Central Oregon Veterans Outreach and Ryan Stillwater of Saving Grace, who spend their time dealing with and trying to solve those issues for this week’s Supper Club.
