State authorities are encouraging residents with claims against Eternal Hills Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home to file with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court by a March 5 deadline.
In a press release Monday, the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services said anyone who paid for, but did not receive goods or services from the former funeral home, should file a proof of claim to potentially receive damages.
