At age 90, World War II veteran Rudolph ‘Rudy’ Fenk, Jr. of Tillamook remembers well his two years in the Navy as a photographer. The photos were black and white but his stories come with color as his eyes widen and narrow like the camera lenses that captured villagers in Guam, planes landing and taking off, and the plane that dropped the atomic bomb.
