Honor Flight of Oregon is looking for World War II veterans! Honor Flights offer veterans an opportunity to visit memorials in Washington, D.C., that are dedicated to honoring their service and sacrifices. Eligibility is open to all men and women serving stateside or overseas between the dates of Dec. 7, 1942 (or earlier), and December 31, 1945, who have not seen their memorials.

The flight is offered at no cost to the veteran. However, each veteran is required to be accompanied by a guardian, minimum age of 18, who is able to pay their own expenses. Expenses vary depending on the rates at the time of the trip, but have averaged $910 during the past two years.
