PENDLETON, Oregon – The Pendleton City Council has endorsed the Veterans of Foreign Wars Let ‘er Buck Post No. 922 as it plans a memorial to veterans in the Round-Up City. Council President Neil Brown says if the project receives grant funding, it would bring an empty fountain at Highway 11 and Southeast Emigrant Avenue back to life.
