We hope you’ll find the new format and design a powerful way to stay in touch and connected to the myriad issues impacting Oregon veterans and their families. Going forward, our team will keep the site up to date with Benefit Updates, Featured Stories, and Community and National News about veterans’ issues.
At the bottom of the landing page, we have also integrated our social media feeds to make it easier for veterans to access diverse info streams all in one place. Even for those veterans who are new or have yet to join social media sites, they’ll be able to get full access with just one click.
On this blog, we’ll feature our own team and their work across ODVA’s core programs, but also highlight the great work of diverse public and private partners. We are proud to be a hub of a broad network of advocates striving to better serve Oregon’s veterans.
The statistics on veterans are national in scope, but our success in serving our veterans will be community by community and with all of you as partners. I want to personally thank you for all of your leadership and efforts to support Oregon’s veterans and military families.
