Women Veterans Benefits Forum & Claims Clinic, May 16, 5 PM at Portland Community College, Sylvania Campus, Room ST108 , 12000 SW 49th Ave, Portland. Benefits Forum: Will Streitberger, Director of the Portland VA Regional Benefits Office, will provide information on VA benefits available, including updates on service-connected disability and other benefits. He’ll share information on changes the VA has made to claims management, especially as they relate to issues facing women veterans. Forum will be followed by a Q&A and claims session. Claims Clinic: Veteran Services Officers from Washington and Clackamas counties will be on hand to answer questions, provide brief claims filing information, and set a claims appointment.
