Veteran Town Hall sponsored by Roseburg VA Health Care System. Date/Time: May 16, 2018 5:00 PM. Location: Brookings VA Clinic 840 Railroad St, Brookings. The Roseburg VA Health Care System (RVAHCS) cordially invites all Veterans, their family members, and stakeholders to a Town Hall. This will be an open dialogue listening forum that will allow the Veterans we serve an opportunity to be heard and have their questions answered.
