Main St., Irrigon. A public meeting for veterans, their spouses and seniors will provide information about benefits, tax tips, assisted living options and scam awareness. The free event is Wednesday, April 4 at 9:30 a.m. at the Irrigon branch of the Oregon Trail Library District, 490 N.E. Main St. Organizations making presentations include the Morrow County Tax Assessors Office (9:30 a.m.), Willamette National Cemetery (10 a.m.), Oregon Veterans Home (10:45 a.m.) and the Hermiston Police Department (11:15 a.m.).
