Battlefield Cross installation ceremony

March 4, 10:30 am at the VA Clinic main entrance, Roseburg campus. The Roseburg VA Medical Center (RVAMC) and Chapter 805 of the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) would like to invite all media organizations, Veteran Service Organizations, Congressional staff, Veterans, and the public to the Fallen Soldier Battle Cross Dedication Ceremony. The monument honors 57,439 people who were killed in action in Vietnam. Speakers at this event include the RVAMC Director, Douglas Paxton and VVA Chapter 805 President, Terry Mooney. The ceremony will end with military honors performed by VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) 12th District Honor Guard. Cameras and other recording equipment will be allowed during this event.
