Are you a veteran or an ally who would like to be part of a community? Do you like to sing? Consider joining the newly-formed Oregon Veterans Choir! The mission of the choir is to build community and comradery to unite those who have served, especially those who may be experiencing service-related trauma. The Veterans Choir will be of service to the community by singing at veteran events and local concerts. Practice will be every Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The first practice is this Friday, May 10 at St. Luke Lutheran Church at 6835 SW 46th Avenue in Portland.
