County Veterans Service Office Software Blackout

Loading

The Lincoln County Veterans Service’s Office will be experiencing a software blackout the week following the Christmas holiday from 12/26 through 12/29. This is due an annual software update mandated by the host agency VetraSpec. Subsequently, services during this time will be limited to the answering of general questions only. The VSO will not be taking appointments as their capacity to file claims, provide individual status updates, and adequately file any documents relating to veterans benefits with the state power-of-attorney agency will be impossible.

Software is expected to be back on-line beginning January 2nd following the New Year.

Any urgent concerns or inquiry should be directed to the VA customer service hotline at 1-800-827-1000. The VSO will be happy to field any follow up questions and may be reached at 541-574-6955.

We greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
