Chairwoman picks military theme for this year’s annual fundraiser

ONTARIO — An Ontario tradition, this year’s Center Ball is right around the corner. The soiree includes food, drinks and dancing, and is an annual fundraiser for the Four Rivers Cultural Center, and will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 4.

This is the 23rd year the Cultural Center has held the ball, which has generated more than $260,000 since its inception.

The business sponsor’s cocktail hour will begin at 7 p.m. and doors open to the general public at 8 p.m. There will be dancing from 9 p.m. to midnight, with live music by the High Street Band, a local favorite, according to a news release from the organization.
