A ceremony to unveil a Fallen Hero Memorial Highway sign, respecting Jessica Ellis, will be held at the Lakeview Town Park on Friday, Aug. 4 at 11 a.m. The brown sign will read, “Fallen Hero Memorial Highway Jessica Ellis US Army” and will be installed by Oregon Department of Transportation on Oregon Route 140 west of Lakeview.
